Through this project, we provide relevant information and produce accurate and up-to-date reports on the human rights situation in third party countries countries, outside of the European Union, upon request. Thus, we support asylum and migration authorities in making fair and equitable decisions in the asylum procedure or in developing policies in the field.

Legal assistance and counseling for asylum seekers
Through these projects, we provide individualized legal counseling and assistance to asylum seekers. We also support beneficiaries of international protection whose cases have been reassessed or who have applied for family reunification.

Coalition for Migrant Rights and Refugee Integration
The Coalition was established in 2017 with the mission of ensuring the respect of the rights of migrants and refugees in Romania. It currently brings together 23 non-governmental organizations in the country and enjoys the support of 5 members from academia and international organizations.

Monitoring of escorted return missions
Through this project, we provide advice and material assistance to migrants who have received a return decision and monitor compliance with European standards and the respect of fundamental rights and dignity of migrants with irregular stay in Romania, during escorted return operations carried out by the General Inspectorate for Immigration. Thus, we aim to consolidate an efficient system for managing irregular migration in Romania.
